Diploma in Software Engineering and Design

Want to develop software or mobile apps?

We can train you to take advantage of the one of the biggest waves of growth happening in the IT sector.

The mobile app market has already taken the world by storm. In 2010 mobile apps generated $5 billion in revenue. By 2014 annual sales are predicted to grow to $58 billion!* In this Diploma you’ll learn programming and development, including for mobile devices.

You’ll also learn skills for engineering video games and other software development.

TradeMe Jobs recently stated that Programmer roles make up a quarter of all IT jobs on their site.**

Our Diploma in Software Engineering and Design will prepare you for the rapidly changing programming industry. You’ll begin with learning traditional programming techniques and swiftly move to the latest industry standards.

The course also includes a ‘Final Project’ where you will work with a real client (where possible). Starting with the client's initial instructions you will design a complete project in an industry standard manner. You will analyse, design and build a working programme which meets your client's specifications. Get trained now in our 1-year Diploma and jump into this thriving industry.
