Transformational Change
Transformational change is about taking charge of change. It’s about skillful leadership into new and uncharted territory. This course will examine such management techniques as challenging the present organisational culture, building innovation and entrepeneurship.

Ecclesiology
The nature of the church. This course examines the biblical foundations of the doctrine of the church, analysing a range of church government forms and various ‘types’ of churches in New Zealand.

Personal Leadership
You will only lead a church or organisation to the degree that you lead yourself. This course focuses on the personal life, marriage & family of the pastor. It will also consider key skills of self leadership, self care and personal development.

Growing Healthy Churches
The interface of the church with our post-modern New Zealand society is an ever present challenge. This course will take an in-depth look at the New Zealand society and offer new and innovative ways to be 'salt and light'.
